Combat Wrestling World Championship Bucharest 2019

Combat Wrestling World Championship Bucharest 2019 is held under the auspices of the international federation.

Awards: The competition will award gold, silver and 2 bronze medals for each category, diplomas, and cups for country ranking.
For adults and veterans there will be organized at the end of the competition, the open of divisions -80 kilos and +80 kilos, with similar awards.

Combat Wrestling World Championship Bucharest 2019  organizers:

A.C.S.Brave Combat ( Combat Wrestling Romania) in partnership with CS Mako Ryu Gym and Mircea Eliade College
The technical meeting will take place in the morning of the competition (9.45) and will be chaired by the chief of FICW board of referees.

Submission wrestling (also known as submission fighting, submission grappling, sport grappling or no-gi ju-jutsu) or combat wrestling (in Japan), is a form of competition and a general term for martial arts and combat sports . It focus on clinch and ground fighting with the aim of obtaining a submission through the use of submission holds.

The term „submission wrestling” usually refers only to the form of competition and training that does not use a gi, or „combat kimono”.  (the outfit often worn with belts that establish rank by color). Though, some may use the loose trousers of such a uniform, without the jacket .
